Safari time for Windows developers

Today Steve Jobs announced Safari for Windows. Like many people out there, my first thoughts were “What?” and “Why?”. After a minute, it becomes pretty clear this is an iPhone thing. The bright point of this announcement for Mac users is that our brethren web developers who are chained to Windows can now easily test Safari without buying a Mac.

Escaping the Matrix

Last weekend my wife and I went away for a four day get-away at a resort hotel. Initially I had the idea I would take my laptop along just in case the hotel had wi-fi. After a bit of consideration, I decided against it. After all, it’s a vacation, right?

The customer is always right.

I’m sure many of you had have had the customer who fancies themselves an interface and design expert. The kind who will put their nose to the screen and request a logo be moved “an eighth of an inch to the left”, or wants “a little more blue in the link color”. That’s all well and good. After all, it is their site.

Broken Bow.

First blog post. Ever.

So what does one say to his non-existent readers? There will most definitely be some design changes. There will be random chatter about Macs, web development and web development using Macs. I’m sure there will also be a whole sloo of random. I hope this site will find its voice in short order, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

Thanks for dropping by.
